The CPU sequentially completes input acquisition, program execution, and output updates according to a preset cyclic sequence. During the scan cycle, the 6ES7314-6EH04-0AB0 first reads the field input signals and stores them in the image area, then executes the user-written control logic program, and finally outputs the calculation results to the actuator. Simultaneously, its internal communication and diagnostic systems operate continuously, achieving data synchronization and status monitoring, thereby ensuring the real-time performance and stability of the entire automation system.
- Easy Motion Control: Achieving precise positioning and speed control using four integrated high-speed counters (up to 60 kHz) and pulse width modulation (PWM) outputs.
- Network Automation: Featuring dual interfaces of PROFINET (with 2-port switch) and MPI/PROFIBUS DP, enabling simultaneous communication with higher-level HMI panels, other controllers, and distributed I/O.
- Direct Machine Control: Built-in 24 digital inputs, 16 digital outputs, and 5 analog inputs/2 analog outputs allow direct control of valves, actuators, and sensors without additional modules.
- Process Control: Integrated functionality allows temperature measurement via Pt100 inputs and supports basic PID control loop regulation.
