It acquires raw signals from the grid side via current/voltage transformers, and then performs digital processing and algorithm calculations by an internal high-speed microprocessor. Upon system startup, it controls the closing of the pre-charge circuit and main contactor according to a preset timing sequence to prevent large current surges into the DC bus capacitor. During operation, it continuously compares feedback data with set thresholds. Upon detecting parameter deviations or external alarm signals, it immediately disconnects the main circuit or triggers protection logic via an output relay, thereby achieving precise logic control and safety protection for the rectifier power components and downstream inverter system.
