ABB CP651, order code 1SAP551100R0001, is a CP600 control panel for PB610 applications. It provides two 10/100 Mbit Ethernet interfaces, a software-configurable RS-232/RS-485/RS-422 serial port and two USB host ports for HMI integration.
The panel uses a 24 V DC supply with an 18–32 V DC operating range. Before replacement, confirm the complete order code, hardware revision, panel cutout, communication settings and application backup; after installation, verify display, touch, Ethernet, serial and USB functions.

CP651 provides the CP600 HMI function for PB610 applications through a 10.4-inch 800 x 600 resistive touchscreen. Its ARM Cortex-A8 processor, Windows Embedded CE 6.0 Core platform, 256 MB RAM and 256 MB Flash must match the installed application and hardware revision.
Match order code 1SAP551100R0001, the 276 x 221 mm panel cutout, 24 V DC supply and the documented Ethernet, serial and USB connections. Preserve the PB610 project backup and confirm firmware compatibility before replacing the installed panel.
Before energizing CP651, verify the 18–32 V DC supply range, mounting seal, protective grounding and connector placement. After startup, test display brightness, touch response, both Ethernet ports, the configured RS-232/RS-485/RS-422 port, USB functions and the restored PB610 application.
