The ordering code 0050 specifies a 50 ft (15.2 m) length and option 02 identifies the assembled cable execution. Correct use requires the 3500/40M monitor channel, external termination hardware, connector orientation, terminal assignment, grounding method and physical cable route to agree with the rack documentation.

Important Notice: Confirm the 3500/40M channel, external termination and both connectors before installation.
Plan the full 50 ft path with adequate bend protection, segregation from interference sources and secure support. Do not apply tension to either assembled connector.
Compare the rack channel, external terminal numbers and shield or grounding treatment with the cabinet drawings before connection. Maintain the original signal polarity and conductor assignment.
Inspect both connectors and cable jacket, then complete continuity and insulation checks according to the site procedure. Verify the 3500/40M channel response before return to service.
