The Bently Nevada 3500/77M 176449-07 is a Recip Cylinder Pressure Monitor designed specifically for reciprocating-compressor machinery protection and condition monitoring. It accepts signals from Bently Nevada-approved positive-voltage pressure transducers and provides signal conditioning for up to four configured pressure channels, with a frequency response extending from 0 to 5.5 kHz.
The monitor converts the pressure information into operational measurements used for compressor performance and condition assessment. Available measurements include suction and discharge pressure, maximum and minimum cylinder pressure, compression ratio, peak rod compression, peak rod tension, and degree of rod reversal, making the module suitable for detailed reciprocating-compressor diagnostics.

The 3500/77M accepts 1 to 4 channels of approved positive-voltage pressure-transducer inputs. The OEM specifies a 50 kΩ input impedance for the internal/external termination Cylinder Pressure I/O configuration.
Bently Nevada specifies scale-factor configurations for pressure ranges from 100 psia through 10,000 psia. The OEM notes that the scale-factor data assumes +0.5 Vdc at 0 psia and +10.0 Vdc at the selected full-range pressure.
