It plays a crucial role in maintaining stable communication between field devices and the upper-level control platform, ensuring consistent data transmission and reliable system coordination. Its robust construction and industrial-grade design enable long-term stable operation in environments with electrical noise, vibration, and temperature fluctuations.
Protect rotating machinery, such as turbines, expanders, compressors and motors, in accordance with the following safety requirements: SIL3/IEC61508 and DIN EN ISO 13849:2008 Cat.3 PLe and/or API 670 to prevent overspeed and other harsh operating conditions.

It receives input signals from connected devices, processes these signals through internal circuitry, and then transmits the processed output signals to the control system. This closed-loop interaction ensures precise control, stable communication, and synchronized operation within the automation network.
2003 (Three-out-of-Three) Voting Mechanism:E1667 monitors typically operate in a three-unit configuration. The system will only trigger a trip if at least two monitors detect overspeed, thus avoiding false trips due to a single sensor failure.
Multi-Sensor Evaluation:Each module receives signals from three independent sensors (e.g., Hall effect sensors, eddy current sensors, or magnetic sensors) and calculates speed based on its own input or the median of the three sensors.
Fast Response Time:The system trip response time is less than 15 milliseconds, meeting the stringent requirements of API 670 and API 612 standards.
Maintenance-Free Operation:Designed for a lifespan of up to 20 years, requiring no external verification testing, significantly reducing the total cost of ownership.
