Primary Industrial Applications
Features:
- Standard configuration supports up to 8 valve plates (16 solenoid coils)
- It features 16 digital inputs (24VDC) for local sensor feedback and 8 outputs (capable of driving up to 16 valves)
- Utilizes the DeviceNet protocol with an adjustable baud rate of 125, 250, and 500 kbit/s
It integrates multiple solenoid valves into a modular manifold, enabling efficient control of cylinders and pneumatic actuators while reducing wiring complexity and saving installation space. Its fieldbus communication capability allows for seamless data exchange between the valve terminal and a higher-level PLC or control system, improving system response speed and simplifying commissioning.
The module also provides status indication and communication monitoring functions, enhancing diagnostic transparency and maintenance efficiency. This allows operators to quickly identify faults, reduce downtime, and optimize system reliability. Its modular structure supports flexible expansion, making it suitable for scalable automation solutions in applications such as packaging, assembly, and material handling.

The CPV10-GE-DN2-8 525630 operates based on an electrically controlled solenoid valve, which converts control signals from a fieldbus network into pneumatic switching actions. When a control signal is received, the solenoid valve is energized, moving the valve spool and directing compressed air to the corresponding actuator port, thereby controlling movement and positioning within the pneumatic system.
Material Handling and Assembly Technology: Controlling pneumatic grippers, pick-and-place units, and rotary actuators on automated assembly lines.
Packaging Industry: Managing cylinders for carton folding, sealing, and product sorting systems requiring high speed and reliability.
Conveying Systems: Controlling pneumatic distributors, stoppers, and lifts to manage product flow in factory workshops.
Space-Constrained Control Cabinets: Its unique "multi-connection plate" design allows for direct mounting on unused wall space, with all pneumatic piping exiting through a single rectangular opening.
