The QPK-STDN-0000 is a compact industrial Human-Machine Interface (HMI) equipped with a 5.7-inch STN color LCD display, designed for reliable machine control and process visualization in factory automation environments. It supports a QVGA resolution of 320 × 240 pixels, providing clear and stable graphical representation of operational data. The display offers 64-color STN rendering capability, enabling basic but effective visualization of process status, alarms, and operator guidance screens.
This model is designed with industrial communication flexibility in mind, featuring dual serial communication interfaces (COM1 and COM2). COM1 supports RS232C/RS422, while COM2 provides RS232C connectivity, both configurable with flexible data formats (7/8 data bits, parity options, and baud rates from 2400 to 115.2 kbps). In addition, the QPK-STDN-0000 integrates a 10BASE-T Ethernet interface (IEEE 802.3 compliant) for network communication with PLC systems and higher-level control platforms.
For data storage and system expansion, the QPK-STDN-0000 includes a CompactFlash™ card slot, enabling program transfer, data logging, and system backup functions. It also provides a printer interface compatible with NEC PC-PR201/PL, EPSON ESC/P24-J84(C), and HP LaserJet PCL4 command printers, supporting industrial reporting and documentation needs. A system alarm output function is also included to enhance real-time fault monitoring.
The device uses a user-replaceable CCFL backlight with a service life of up to 50,000 hours at 25°C under continuous operation, ensuring long-term maintainability in industrial environments. Additional features include support for an optional communication module interface, allowing system expansion and integration with various industrial networks.
