TC-IXR061 is a six-channel galvanically isolated RTD input module for Honeywell Experion Series A I/O. The official model reference specifies isolated resistance-temperature inputs, open-wire fault reporting, a full update for all channels in 50 ms and a documented channel bandwidth from DC to 15 Hz at the -3 dB point.
Selection depends on the complete module identity, compatible Series A I/O hardware, terminal assembly, approved RTD type and lead configuration. Before service, record the channel map, ranges, shielding and grounding; after installation, simulate each input and verify normal response, fault detection and controller scaling against the approved loop documents.
The manufacturer classifies this legacy product family as obsolete or discontinued. Moore Automated may still supply the exact item subject to stock, condition and complete identity verification.

TC-IXR061 provides six galvanically isolated channels for resistance-temperature detector signals. Isolation helps keep individual measurement circuits separated within the module.
Verify the approved RTD type, lead arrangement, measurement range and terminal assignment for every channel. Do not transfer wiring solely by physical position without checking the installed documentation.
When TC-IXR061 detects an open sensor circuit, the channel reports an out-of-range reading. The documented detection time is less than five seconds.
Commission each channel by checking normal response and the expected diagnostic behavior under an approved simulated fault. Confirm alarm handling in the controller database before process release.
Before energizing TC-IXR061, inspect the terminal assembly, RTD leads, shielding, grounding and channel mapping. Compare the controller database to the approved loop documentation.
After installation, verify each channel with a trusted resistance or temperature reference. Confirm stable readings, open-wire indication and alarm response, then record the final channel results.
