This module supports various standard signal types, such as voltage signals (0–10 V) and current signals (4–20 mA), meeting the connection requirements of different sensors and transmitters, and enabling high-precision measurement and monitoring of process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow.

The internal signal conditioning circuit filters, amplifies, and isolates the signal, and then a high-precision analog-to-digital converter (ADC) converts the analog signal into a digital signal. The converted data is transmitted to the PLC CPU via the backplane bus, where the control program performs calculations and logic processing to achieve real-time monitoring of the industrial process.
Process Temperature Monitoring: Commonly used for monitoring the temperature of reactors, heat exchangers, and pasteurizers. Supports direct connection to Pt100, Ni100, and Ni1000 resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) and KTY silicon sensors.
