Confirm every local signal
Map the twelve isolated digital inputs, eight transistor outputs, four analog inputs and two analog outputs to the approved PLC program. Verify field voltage, output loading and analog signal ranges before commissioning.
Preserve the network configuration
Record CS31 addresses, ARCNET connections and all programming, ASCII or MODBUS settings before removal. Restore the verified network parameters and test communication with the connected stations after exchange.
Return the R262 CPU to controlled service
Restore the approved application, then validate power-up, local I/O, remote CS31 stations, serial links and ARCNET communication with outputs inhibited where required. Complete the functional test before automatic operation resumes.
