Features:
- AO810/AO810V2 Analog Output Module
- Analog Output is to be short circuit secured to ZP or +24 V
- OSP sets outputs to predetermined state upon error detection
The analog output module has 8 unipolar analog output channels. To monitor communication with the digital-to-analog converter, the module reads and verifies serial data. Open-circuit diagnostic information is received during the reading process. The module performs self-diagnostics periodically.
Module diagnostics include process power supply monitoring; when the supply voltage to the output circuit is too low, the module issues a fault report. This error report indicates a channel error. Channel diagnostics also include channel fault detection (reporting only on active channels). This error is reported if the output current is less than the output setpoint, and the output setpoint is greater than 1 mA.
The AO810V2 3BSE038415R1 ABB Analog Output Module may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
