The SPBRC410 is fully programmed and configured using ABB S+ Engineering (Composer) software. Within the software, engineers build logic using standard function blocks (CAD drawings) and load the configuration into the module via the plant network. It supports Configuration in RUN (CiR), meaning minor logic modifications or I/O re-assignments can be downloaded to the active controller on a live running plant without tripping the process line.
