The 21803-020-01 REV.C LS-A10005-C is an advanced AC drive control and interface board designed for high-power Allen-Bradley 1336 PLUS and 1336 PLUS II series drives. It acts as a critical intermediary between the drive control logic and the power stage, handling signal conditioning, command routing, and feedback processing.
Its rugged design enables the module to handle industrial motors from 50 hp to 200 hp and even higher, ensuring precise motor control under demanding electrical loads while maintaining system reliability. The LS-A10005-C marking on the PCB ensures traceability and compatibility during maintenance or replacement, thus maintaining operational integrity.
The 21803-020-01 REV.C LS-A10005-C Allen Bradley Control interface board may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

The board receives control commands from the drive logic processor, conditions these signals, and then distributes them to the appropriate power interface circuitry. Simultaneously, the board collects feedback from sensors and the power module and transmits status information back to the control system. Through this coordinated signal routing and regulation, the circuit board can precisely control motor speed, torque, and position, and support system diagnostics, fault detection, and reliable closed-loop operation in high-power AC drive applications.
Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs): Particularly suitable for the Bulletin 1336 PLUS, 1336 FORCE, and 1336 IMPACT series AC drives. Typically used in high-power racks (C to H racks) ranging from 50 hp to 600 hp.
Heavy Manufacturing: Drives for controlling large induction motors, such as in conveyor systems, automotive assembly lines, and material handling systems, applications with extremely high requirements for constant torque and reliability.
Fluid and Air Management: Used in large industrial pump and fan systems (HVAC) to provide precise speed control and energy efficiency.
Process Industries: Used in power plants, paper mills, and chemical plants to enable sensorless vector control of complex machinery.
