21000-11-05-00-085-03-02 Bently Nevada 21000-11-05-00-085-03-02 is an external proximity-probe housing assembly designed to protect and support a reverse-mount probe at the machine casing. Its complete code records legacy probe option 11, a 0.5 m cable, no standoff, 8.5 inch penetration, fitting option 03 and 3/4-14 NPT mounting. The housing body, stainless-steel sleeve, sealing components, conduit entry and installed transducer chain must match the machine drawing.

Legacy option 11 cannot be interpreted safely without the installed nameplate. Identify the probe, extension cable and Proximitor sensor, then confirm connector, system length and monitoring-channel compatibility.
Check the casing thread, 8.5 inch penetration, sleeve position, fitting orientation, seals and cable route before tightening the housing. Document the final probe gap and verify channel response during commissioning.
