Before replacement, record the carrier position, field-supply polarity, channel scaling, destination-device ranges and configured output behavior. After installation, confirm FLD PWR and OK status, then test every channel at zero and representative positive and negative values before reconnecting the final process loads.

Each IC200ALG322 channel provides a bipolar -10 to +10 VDC output with 12-bit conversion. The module receives four analog output words, one for each channel, from the compatible VersaMax host.
Check the receiving device input range and reference connection before energizing field power. A positive command, zero command and negative command should all be verified during commissioning.
IC200ALG322 requires a compatible VersaMax I/O carrier for mechanical mounting and field wiring termination. The carrier style and terminal map are part of the installed assembly and must be recorded before removal.
Do not approve a replacement from the module label alone. Compare the carrier catalog, terminal numbering, field-supply routing and station configuration so that the four output words remain assigned to the intended loads.
After installation, confirm the FLD PWR and OK indicators before enabling the controlled equipment. Test every channel at zero, a positive value and a negative value while observing the destination device and reference polarity.
Verify the configured hold-last-state or 0 V default response under a controlled loss-of-communication test. Record the measured results and restore the approved process limits before returning the station to service.
