Based on bidirectional level conversion, optical isolation, and intelligent channel monitoring technology, when the software configures the channel as an input (DI), the externally input 24V signal is converted to an internal logic level via an internal optocoupler. An adjustable digital filter (0.1ms to 32ms) eliminates contact bounce, and the final signal is sent to the main CPU image area via the I/O bus. When the channel is configured as an output (DO), the main CPU's control commands are sent via the bus to the driver chip inside the module, controlling the high-performance field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) to turn on or off at high speed, thereby precisely controlling the output of the 24V external process power supply (UP).
