Features:

  • Analog Outputs 0 to 20mA, 8 Channel
  • AO Analog Output module provides eight 0 to 21.0 mA outputs
  • Support MQTT with Sparkplug B with DNS function for remote monitoring and analytics
The analog output module provides eight outputs ranging from 0 to 21.0 mA, with the range of each output adjustable by the user. Outputs are isolated in groups of four, with no isolation between outputs within a group. All output points are logically isolated from the controller.

A flashing green status LED on the module indicates that the module is scanning. A red status LED illuminates when diagnostic information is available for the module or channel. User-specified fault protection values are supported to ensure predictable operation even when communication between the module and the controller is interrupted. Outputs are updated synchronously with control execution. Users can apply specified rate limits to each output via the slew rate function block as needed. Euro 36 terminal blocks are required.

The 900B08-0202 Honeywell Analog Output module may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
Honeywell 900B08-0202 Analog Output module Manuals(Datasheets), Link Important Notice: Other accessories, manuals, cables, calibration data, software, etc. are not included with this equipment unless listed in the above stock item description. All prices are shown in USD.
The Honeywell 900B08-0202 module operates based on signal acquisition, conditioning, and bidirectional data communication in a distributed control system. Field devices such as sensors and actuators generate analog or digital signals, which are received by the module's input channels. These signals undergo electrical isolation, filtering, and signal conditioning to ensure accuracy and noise immunity.
This sensor is used for non-contact measurement of the vibration velocity of the casing of rotating machinery, especially suitable for harsh or outdoor environments:
Heavy Machinery: Steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, and large pumps/motors.
Auxiliary Equipment: Fans, blowers, and centrifuges.
Wet/Water Immersion Environments: Its 316L stainless steel housing and weatherproof connectors allow for direct mounting without an external enclosure and meet IP-65 and NEMA 4X standards.
Installation Method: Utilizes an integrated 1/4-inch NPT mounting thread, allowing installation on rough or uneven surfaces without sanding.
Wiring: Specific 330525 interconnect cable (e.g., part number 106765) is required to maintain its waterproof rating.
