ABB describes this version as a switchgear digital unit that combines measurements with basic feeder-protection functions and trip history. It evaluates the connected electrical signals and can command external switching equipment; it is not itself a power circuit breaker or a generic PLC input module.
The complete application depends on the installed current sensors, Rating Plug, auxiliary supply, voltage connections and protection settings. Communication functions also depend on the fitted accessories, so Ethernet, fieldbus or advanced Protect+ functions must not be assumed from the enclosure. This listing therefore separates the photo-confirmed product identity from the documented platform references. Before supply, the commercial order code and module configuration must be matched to the switchgear design and the required replacement scope.

Ekip UP measures current through external sensors, while the fitted Rating Plug defines rated current In and the reference for current-protection settings. The supplied photographs do not establish that value. Record the sensor type, rating and connection arrangement together with the Rating Plug marking; voltage-transformer ratios and phase connections must also match the installation.
The Protect version uses Signalling 4K contacts for external opening and, where configured, closing commands and switching-status feedback. Some of its four inputs and four outputs are therefore not freely available for other logic. Verify the actuator circuit, input polarity, contact assignment and approved protection settings; do not assume Protect+ selectivity or generator functions are included.
The colour touchscreen provides measurements, alarms, settings and accessory information, with HOME and iTEST controls and a service connection. Record the digital-unit identification, firmware, Rating Plug and detected modules before replacement. Restore the approved configuration and have qualified personnel check sensor orientation, supply, trip operation and feedback before returning the switchgear to service.
