The module supports PROFIBUS data rates from 9.6 kbit/s through 12 Mbit/s. The installed node address, cable topology, shielding and termination must match the approved network design.
Use the correct GSD file and preserve the original master configuration and process-data mapping before replacement.
Up to 32 input and 32 output cyclic words are supported. DP-V1 adds acyclic parameter access alongside the standard cyclic data exchange.
Confirm word order, PPO or mapping selection, PROFIdrive profile, parameter channel and timeout behavior from the running installation.
The module is powered from the host drive internal supply and must be fitted only in a supported option slot. Match the complete module label and host-drive firmware.
