CON021 is an Emerson signal converter used with compatible PR642x eddy-current probes to form a machinery displacement measurement chain. It supplies the probe and converts the gap-dependent signal for the monitoring system, so the probe family, cable length, converter execution and channel calibration must remain matched.
Confirm the CON021 execution, compatible probe model, total cable arrangement, power supply, output interface and monitor-channel calibration before replacement. verify supply, converter output, probe gap, linear response, channel scaling and alarm behavior before machine release.
