Features:
- Load Cell Central OM-19-2 is a DIN-rail signal conditioner that converts a strain-gauge load-cell signal into a usable industrial analog output. It provides bridge excitation and adjustable signal conditioning, so load-cell sensitivity, wiring, excitation requirements, output selection and calibration settings must suit the weighing application.
- Confirm OM-19-2, 24 VDC supply, load-cell impedance, four- or six-wire bridge connection, excitation setting and selected analog outputs before replacement.
- Isolate bridge and output circuits, preserve shield and sense wiring, set excitation and sensitivity jumpers and secure the conditioner on the DIN rail.
Apply shunt calibration, verify zero and span, check voltage and current outputs and compare indicated load with a controlled reference.
OM-19-2 conditions millivolt signals from strain-gauge load cells and converts them to standard analog outputs. Bridge excitation, sensitivity selection and four- or six-wire connection details must agree with the installed weighing circuit.
