TS-02 is a JOPPICH temperature monitoring unit for PTC thermistors in accordance with DIN 44081/82 or DIN VDE 0660 Part 303 and continuous PT100 temperature supervision. It accepts 24 to 270 V DC or 40 to 270 V AC supply and provides relay switching for equipment protection. Match the complete TS-02 nameplate, sensor circuit, supply voltage, relay wiring and alarm configuration before replacement.
Before replacement, record the complete nameplate, supply, sensor wiring, relay contacts and alarm configuration. After installation, verify both sensor circuits, display indication, alarm thresholds and relay switching.
The JOPPICH TS-02 Temperature Monitoring Unit is listed as Obsolete / Discontinued by OEM. Current revision, availability and supplied scope are confirmed in the written quotation.

Verify the installed PTC thermistor network, continuous PT100 input, sensor loop resistance and alarm thresholds against the approved wiring documentation.
Record relay contact assignments, reset behavior and downstream interlocks before removal. Restore only the verified alarm and shutdown logic.
After installation, verify supply, sensor indication, alarm thresholds, relay switching, reset operation and every affected protection function under an approved procedure.
