Overview Manuals 3500/60 & 3500/61 Environmental Limits

Features:

  • 3500/61 Temperature Monitor (with recorders)
  • Bently Nevada Machinery Condition Monitoring
  • 3500/61 Temperature Modules
The 3500/60 and 3500/61 modules offer six temperature monitoring channels and accept temperature inputs from resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) and thermocouples (TCs). These modules regulate these inputs and compare them against user-programmable alarm settings.

Different I/O modules are available in non-isolated RTD/TC versions and isolated TC versions. Users can configure the non-isolated RTD/TC versions to accept TC or RTD inputs, or a mixture of TC and RTD inputs. The isolated TC version provides 250V DC isolation between channels to prevent external interference. In a three-module redundancy (TMR) configuration, temperature monitors must be installed in groups of three, adjacent to each other. In this configuration, the system employs two voting mechanisms to ensure accurate operation and avoid single points of failure.

The 3500/61 163179-02 Bently Nevada Temperature Monitor Modules may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

The 3500/60 and 3500/61 are functionally identical, the difference being that the 3500/61 provides a logger output for each of its six channels, while the 3500/60 does not. Users can program the modules using the 3500 rack configuration software to perform RTD or TC temperature measurements.
OperatingTemprature: -30°C to +65°C (-22°F to +150
