In terms of its operating principle, this power module primarily performs an "AC-DC-AC" power conversion process. First, it converts 380V-480V AC power into a stable intermediate DC voltage through a three-phase rectifier circuit. Then, upon receiving PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) commands from the control unit, the internal IGBT power devices switch at extremely high frequencies, inverting the DC power into three-phase AC power with adjustable frequency and voltage, thereby driving the motor to operate according to a preset curve and achieving precise control of the production process.
This power module is a "general purpose" drive component widely used in industrial stationary machinery:
- Pumping, ventilation, and compression: Used for variable speed control of industrial pumps and fans to optimize energy consumption.
- Material handling: Powers conveyor systems (belts, rollers, or chains) and stacker cranes to meet precise speed and torque control requirements.

- High dynamic applications: Suitable for high-frequency power control and applications requiring high overload capacity (up to 200%, for 3 seconds).
