In terms of operating principle, this module follows a typical AC frequency conversion process. It first rectifies the 380-480V AC power into DC power in the intermediate circuit through a three-phase uncontrolled rectifier bridge. Then, under the command of the control unit, the internal Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs) use pulse width modulation (PWM) technology to perform high-frequency switching, inverting the DC power into three-phase AC power with smoothly adjustable frequency and voltage, thereby achieving precise control of motor speed and torque.
