This device integrates a 10.2-inch high-brightness TFT LCD screen, supporting a high resolution of 1024×600 and a rich palette of 65,000 colors, enabling clear and intuitive presentation of complex industrial control images and flowcharts. To meet the needs of multi-device interconnection, it is equipped with a rich set of hardware interfaces, including RS232, RS485 serial ports, an Ethernet interface, and dual USB interfaces (one master and one slave), allowing seamless connection with mainstream PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), frequency converters, and smart meters, thereby achieving efficient industrial field network construction.
In terms of software and protection, the device comes pre-installed with powerful MCGS embedded configuration software (running version), enabling the system to possess excellent real-time data processing, historical data storage, alarm linkage, and recipe management capabilities. The built-in industrial-grade WinCE operating system not only ensures software stability but also supports extremely fast power-off restart response. The enclosure design meets industrial level 3 protection standards and adopts a wide-range 24V DC power input, allowing it to operate continuously and stably in harsh factory environments such as high temperature, high humidity, and strong electromagnetic interference.
