The Pulse Input Module (PIM) enables the Experion C300 controller to monitor various pulse input field values. The PI module processes signals from the pulse generator and provides calculated rates and cumulative totals. The PI supports a "fast cutoff" function, stopping the dosing operation when a threshold is reached.

High accuracy and repeatable measurement capabilities make the PIM ideal for metrology and trade transfer applications. This module is specifically designed to support MeterSuite trade transfer applications, including support for dual pulses compliant with ISO 6551. It implements dual pulse inputs conforming to the ISO-6551/API 5.5 standard, including Class A pulse integrity.
