The
Mitsubishi Electric MR-D05UDL3M-B is a 3 m STO cable for connecting an external safety device to the CN8 connector of a compatible MELSERVO drive unit. It carries the two-channel Safe Torque Off circuit and its associated feedback signals in the arrangement documented by Mitsubishi Electric.
The cable provides STOCOM, STO1, STO2, TOFB1, TOFB2 and TOFCOM conductors together with the specified shield connection. Before commissioning, verify the drive model, CN8 pin assignment, connector retention, grounding and complete safety-circuit design against the applicable Mitsubishi Electric manual.
The MR-D05UDL3M-B Mitsubishi Electric STO cable remains in continued production according to the manufacturer compatibility documentation and may be supplied and supported by Moore Automated.
