The ABB CPS01 (including common models such as CPS01-B) is a high-performance industrial-grade single-phase switching power supply module in the ABB Symphony series (derived from the Bailey Infi 90 system). As the core power support for distributed control systems (DCS), its main function is to efficiently convert external AC input into the stable, clean DC power required by the system (such as the commonly used 24VDC), thereby providing uninterrupted power to controllers, I/O modules, communication modules, and critical automation equipment in industrial environments.
This power module boasts superior electromagnetic interference (EMI) immunity and an extremely wide voltage range, ensuring absolute accuracy and stability of the output voltage even under conditions of power grid fluctuations, momentary power outages, or harsh industrial environments. Furthermore, it integrates comprehensive intelligent protection mechanisms, including overload protection, overvoltage protection, and overheat protection, and supports redundant configurations.
The CPS01 ABB Control Power Supply Unit may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

2.CPS01-B: Typically used as a rack-mount switching power supply, designed to provide independent power support for process control cabinets and human-machine interface terminals (such as operator workstations, display units, panels, etc.).
CPS01 is selected as part of the Bailey modular control-power arrangement rather than as a generic supply. Verify the MPS chassis location, connector keying and the installed INFI 90 or Symphony hardware record.
