This assembly supplies motor torque to the coupled axis 2 and axis 3 mechanism of the matched palletizing robot.
The Graphite White suffix identifies the correct finish/version and must be confirmed with the full robot configuration.
The 3HAC058991-004 ABB Axis 2 and 3 Robot Motor with Pinion is supported through ABB robot service channels and may also be supplied by Moore Automated for installed-base maintenance.

Compatibility is established from the complete manipulator type, robot serial number, motor colour and mechanical interface.
Mechanical Interface:
- Motor assembly including pinion
- Motor and pinion alignment
- Connector and sealing inspection
The replacement procedure must preserve the documented gear engagement, seals, attachment hardware and cable routing.
Service Guidance:
- Secure manipulator before work
- Follow ABB lifting and repair procedures
- Recalibrate affected robot axes
