The 80190-560-01-R operates based on electromagnetic induction, generating an alternating magnetic field on the sensor surface. When a conductive or metallic target enters the sensing area, eddy currents are induced in the target, altering the amplitude of the sensor's oscillation circuit. Internal electronic components process this change, triggering a preset electrical signal output to indicate the presence or proximity of the object. This non-contact principle ensures high reliability and minimal wear, making the 80190-560-01-R suitable for continuous industrial operation.
Medium-Voltage Motor Control: Primarily used with the PowerFlex 7000 18-pulse driver to control the speed and torque of large AC motors.
Heavy Industrial Applications: Suitable for high inertia loads and energy-efficient operation in the following industries:
Mining and Minerals: Used in conveying systems and crushers.
Oil and Gas: Used to manage high-power pumps and compressors.
Water Treatment: Used to optimize control of large pumping stations.
Regenerative Braking: Supports efficient energy recovery during rapid motor deceleration or overload.
