This rugged module monitors voltage in real time to prevent overload and ensures stable operation of the inverter's power distribution chain and microprocessor logic in complex heavy industrial environments such as oil and mining. It employs Switching Power Supply (SMPS) technology, converting the input voltage from AC or coarse DC to constant DC through rectification, high-frequency switching, transformer isolation, and pulse width modulation (PWM), and achieving efficient load response through closed-loop feedback.
Multi-channel isolation: Converts the 24–60VDC input to six isolated channels, each typically providing 20VDC, 3A current. This ensures that a fault or surge in one circuit will not affect other circuits.
High-voltage safety: Features an isolation voltage of 3000VDC and integrated overheat, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection.
Compact mounting: Designed for space saving, it can be mounted on a DIN rail within an industrial control cabinet.
