The Allen Bradley 1746-P2 is a power module specifically designed for the SLC 500 series. It supports 120V or 240V AC input voltage to accommodate various electrical configurations. For output, the module offers two options: 5V DC 5A and 24V DC 0.96A to meet different operational requirements.

In terms of installation, the module features a chassis-mount design, ensuring safe and stable operation in rack-mount systems. It is suitable for environments with significant temperature variations, operating stably within a temperature range of 0°C to 60°C. For storage, it has an even wider operating temperature range, functioning normally from -40°C to 85°C.
The 1746-P2 features an integrated safety fuse to prevent short circuits. Depending on the specific production series of your hardware, this fuse may be a user-replaceable 3A, 250V time-delay fuse (such as a Bussmann AGC 3 or Sano SOC SD4) or it may be soldered directly onto the circuit board.
