Information

Overview Manuals Principle

Features:

  • 3300 XL 11 mm Reverse Mount Probe
  • 330706-005-046- CC-DD-EE M10 x 1 threads
  • 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Transducer System
The 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Transducer System has a 3.94 V/mm (100 mV/mil) output for non-contacting vibration and displacement measurements on fluid film bearing machines. The large 11 mm tip enables this transducer system to have a longer linear range compared to our standard 3300 XL 8 mm Transducer System.

The 3300 XL 11 mm Proximitor Sensor is designed to replace the 7200-series 11 mm and 14 mm Transducer Systems. When upgrading from the 7200-series system to the 3300 XL 11 mm system, every component must be replaced with 3300 XL 11 mm components. In addition, the monitoring system must be updated. If using a 3500 Monitoring System, an updated version of the configuration software that lists the 3300 XL 11 mm Transducer System as a compatible option is required.

The 330706-005-46-10-02-00 Bently Nevada Proximity Probes may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

All prices are shown in USD.
The 3300 XL 11 mm probe comes in varying probe case configurations, including armored and unarmored ½-20, 5⁄8 -18, M14 X 1.5 and M16 X 1.5 probe threads. The reverse mount 3300 XL 11 mm probe comes standard with either 3⁄8-24 or M10 X 1 threads. All components of the transducer system have gold-plated brass ClickLoc connectors. ClickLoc connectors lock into place, preventing the connection from becoming loose.

Ask our team:

  • What electromagnetic sensing principles define the displacement measurement functionality of 330706-005-46-10-02-00 within the 3300 XL 11 mm reverse mount probe architecture?
The 330706-005-46-10-02-00 operates on an eddy-current-based non-contact displacement measurement principle, where a high-frequency electromagnetic field generated at the probe tip interacts with a conductive target surface. Variations in probe-to-target spacing induce measurable impedance changes that are converted into proportional voltage outputs.
  • How does the reverse mount structural design of 330706-005-46-10-02-00 enhance installation flexibility and measurement accuracy in constrained mechanical environments?
The 330706-005-46-10-02-00 incorporates a reverse mounting configuration that enables installation from the rear side of machinery housings or confined assembly spaces. This structural orientation improves accessibility, optimizes axial alignment, and supports accurate gap positioning in compact turbine or rotating equipment systems.
  • In what manner does 330706-005-46-10-02-00 maintain linearity and scale factor stability across its calibrated measurement range?
The 330706-005-46-10-02-00 is factory-calibrated as part of a matched transducer system to ensure optimized transfer characteristics and defined sensitivity coefficients. Precision coil geometry and controlled electrical impedance alignment preserve linear response behavior within the designated operating gap.
  • How does 330706-005-46-10-02-00 ensure signal integrity under high-vibration, high-temperature, and electromagnetically noisy industrial conditions?
The 330706-005-46-10-02-00 integrates shielded cabling, reinforced mechanical construction, and EMI-resistant design features to mitigate noise interference and mechanical signal distortion. These protective attributes maintain stable displacement measurement accuracy in harsh operating environments.
  • Under which environmental parameters can 330706-005-46-10-02-00 sustain long-term operational stability without significant drift?
The 330706-005-46-10-02-00 is designed for industrial-grade deployment with defined temperature limits, humidity thresholds, and mechanical vibration tolerance. Compliance with these specifications ensures minimal thermal drift and stable electromagnetic performance over time.
