The module's working principle primarily relies on high-precision A/D conversion and electrical isolation mechanisms to convert the pre-conditioned analog signal into a digital signal, safely transmitting it to the control system.
Data Filtering/Smoothing: Supports independent configuration of the software filtering time constant (Damping Factor) for each channel in the Ovation Developer Studio to filter out sensor jitter.
Quality Codes: Features open-circuit/over-range detection. When the field signal is below 3.5mA (open circuit) or above 21.5mA (short circuit), the module will automatically report a "BAD Status" to the controller and trigger logic interlock protection.
