G128-0001 is a DIN-rail Ultra SlimPak alarm module for thermocouple temperature inputs. The complete model, thermocouple type, configured input range, trip direction, failsafe selection, deadband and relay load must match the installed application.
Before removal, record the switch settings, setpoint and deadband adjustments, terminal wiring, thermocouple polarity, power supply and relay loads. After installation, verify cold-junction compensation, input indication, both trip points, reset behavior and every connected alarm or shutdown function under an approved test procedure.

Configure the documented B, E, J, K, R, S or T thermocouple range with the module switches before calibration. Match the thermocouple type, span, polarity and cold-junction compensation requirements of the installed loop.
Each setpoint may be configured for HI or LO operation with adjustable deadband. Confirm the failsafe or non-failsafe selection, burnout direction and relay behavior required by the approved alarm philosophy.
Apply a calibrated thermocouple signal and verify both setpoints, LED indication, relay transfer, reset behavior and connected alarm circuits. Use external suppression for inductive relay loads as documented by Eurotherm.
