It is equipped with multiple dedicated sensor input channels, capable of simultaneously monitoring up to four magnetoelectric passive speed probes (MPUs), capturing turbine speed and instantaneous acceleration with extremely high response speed.

During system operation, a passive magnetic sensor converts the turbine shaft rotation into an analog electrical signal proportional to the frequency, which is then input to the control board. The control board's internal filters and high-speed signal conditioning circuitry reduce noise in the signal. The microprocessor and FPGA then work together to convert this signal into a high-precision digital speed value that can be processed by a computer. This value is then uploaded to the main controller in real time for a "two-out-of-three" (2/3) median selection.
1.Overspeed protection and trip solenoid valves: Passive magnetic pickup sensors monitor four independent shaft speed inputs. It employs a median selection architecture to evaluate the controller's speed input. If the main trip threshold is exceeded, it outputs a signal to the TRPG terminal block, where a 2/3 voting relay circuit rapidly disconnects power to the fuel/steam trip solenoid valve.
 
2.Flame detection diagnostics: A Geiger-Miller flame detector is directly connected to the gas turbine combustion chamber. It monitors the electrical excitation level to assess the presence of a flame and automatically issues a system alarm when soot or carbon deposits begin to reduce the light transmission path.

3.Shaft voltage and current monitoring: Assessing residual current on the generator shaft to prevent high-voltage arcing on the main bearings, thereby reducing premature wear of the equipment.
