The 3SK2122-1AA10 employs a dual-channel redundant monitoring mechanism. It continuously scans input signal levels and pulse test signals via its internal microprocessor to detect short circuits, open circuits, or synchronization errors in the circuit. Once a trigger signal (e.g., pressing an emergency stop button) is detected at the input or a logic judgment fails to meet safety conditions, the processor will shut down the safety output with a millisecond-level response time, forcing the device into a safe stop state by cutting off the power to the actuator (e.g., a contactor or frequency converter).
