5-Meter System Matching Requirements
Features:
- Non-contact measurement system based on eddy-current principle
- Conforms to API 670 recommendations
- Temperature-compensated design
Vibro-Meter's core business is providing high-end condition monitoring and machinery protection systems for critical industries worldwide, including aerospace, power generation, heavy industry, and the oil and gas sector. Its product line encompasses high-performance dynamic pressure sensors, vibration sensors, bearing vibration monitoring probes, and fully automated data acquisition and diagnostic systems.
Its systems reliably acquire extremely subtle physical change data in harsh field environments, such as ultra-high temperatures above 500°C, extremely high mechanical shocks, and potentially explosive atmospheres. These complex physical signals are then transformed into intuitive machine condition analyses through central monitoring software.
The TQ402 111-402-000-012 A1-B1-D000-E010-F0-G000-H05 Vibro-Meter Non-contact eddy current proximity sensor may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Important Notice: Other accessories, manuals, cables, calibration data, software, etc. are not included with this equipment unless listed in the above stock item description. All prices are shown in USD.
Because this probe is designed for precise tuning to a 5-meter system length (H05), it must be precisely matched with a 4-meter EA402 extension cable (1 meter internal cable + 4-meter extension cable = total loop length 5 meters). Connecting it to a 9-meter extension cable or a 10-meter calibration signal conditioner will result in serious measurement errors or system failure tripping. The extension cable must be connected to a matched 5-meter calibration Vibro-meter® IQS450 or IQS900 signal conditioner before transmitting data to the VM600 protection rack.
