In terms of operating principle, the 3BSE004725R1 DSTD196 primarily processes physical signals through level conversion and impedance matching mechanisms. When external mechanical contacts close or the output state of a field binary sensor changes, the DSTD196's input begins to detect the path state of the loop current. This module utilizes its internal voltage regulator network to apply a high detection voltage to the sensor contacts to break down the surface oxide layer and ensure signal quality.
