The CI830 3BSE013252R1 works by interacting with remote I/O stations via an industrial communication bus. The controller sends control commands to the module through the communication interface, and the module then encodes and verifies the data according to the protocol before sending it to the remote device. Simultaneously, the module receives, decodes, and sends field-acquired signals to the control system in real time.
