The assembly provides the motor and pinion function for axis 3 of the matched IRB 6700 variants.
Compatibility is based on the complete robot type and suffix, not on external motor appearance alone.
The 3HAC055697-004 ABB Axis 3 Robot Motor with Pinion is supported through ABB robot service channels and may also be supplied by Moore Automated for installed-base maintenance.

Compatibility is established from the complete manipulator type, robot serial number, motor colour and mechanical interface.
