Features:
- The assembly combines an ABB NGDR-07/NGDR-07C gate-driver board with an Infineon FF1400R12IP4 half-bridge IGBT module. Infineon specifies 1200 V and 1400 A nominal current in the PrimePACK 3 package.
- Match the NGDR revision, FF1400R12IP4 suffix, converter frame, gate components, DC-link layout, cooling plate and phase location.
- Check insulation, gate waveforms and protection feedback before controlled loading; monitor phase-current balance and case temperature.
NGDR-07C NGDR-07 FF1400R12IP4 must be selected from the complete manufacturer identity and the receiving-system evidence. Use it only in the high-current ABB converter stage whose parts list names this exact driver/module pairing. Prove the DC link discharged, preserve the low-inductance gate and power connections and apply the approved clamping sequence.
