Applications and Integration
Features:
- High Creepage and Clearance Distances
- 4k VAC 1min Insulation
- High Power and Thermal Cycling Capability
Its core function is to receive low-voltage control signals from the main control unit and amplify them into powerful gate pulses capable of driving high-power semiconductor devices.
Internally, it employs high-performance fourth-generation trench/field-resistance IGBT technology and integrates a high DC-stability emitter control diode and a temperature-sensing (NTC) thermistor, significantly improving power handling capability and thermal cycling durability while ensuring extremely high power density.
The NGDR-07C NGDR-07 FF1400R12IP4 ABB IGBT Module Kit may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
