The Allen-Bradley 2094-AC09-M02-S is an Integrated Axis Module (IAM) in the Kinetix 6000 product family. This module is a key component for motion control as it integrates major field connections such as the Contactor Enable (CED) connector, DC Bus/AC Input Power (IPD) connector, Control Power (CPD) connector, Motor Power (MP) connector, Motor/Rheometer Brake (BC) connector, and I/O (IOD) connector.
In addition to the various connectors on the front panel, the SERCOS and DPI connection interfaces of the 2094-AC09-M02-S are located near the bottom of the module and are covered by a removable access door. The module's SERCOS connections include a Sercos Transmit (Tx) connector and a Sercos Receive (Rx) connector, as well as a DPI connector for connecting optional peripherals and modules.
The 2094-AC09-M02-S Allen Bradley Kinetix 6000 Integrated Axis Module (IAM) may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

The 200V IAM servo drive (2094-AC09-M02-S) features a built-in safety torque cutoff function compliant with ISO 13849-1 PLe/SIL3 certification, preventing drive restart in the event of a safety circuit trip. By disabling the drive output, motor torque can be eliminated without shutting down the entire machine. This helps improve machine operating efficiency, minimizes downtime, and reduces energy and production waste.
This module is designed for high-performance multi-axis motion control in industrial machinery:
Multi-axis robots: Suitable for robotic arms and pick-and-place systems requiring coordinated motion.
Packaging and printing: Ideal for machines requiring synchronized high-speed motion on multiple rollers or cutters.
Automated material handling: Powers conveyor systems and sorting machines requiring precise motor control.
CNC and precision platforms: Supports high-precision machining and motion platforms with its high-speed (500 Hz) and high-current (1300 Hz) loop bandwidth.
