Bently Nevada TK-3E 177313-02-02-00 is the electric-driven form of the TK3 Proximity System Test Kit. Scale option 02 supplies metric measurement, power option 02 provides the European cord and approval option 00 specifies no agency approval. The kit simulates shaft vibration and position by rotating an AISI 4140 steel target while the probe is positioned with a spindle micrometer. The electric wobulator covers 50 to 254 µm peak-to-peak and the spindle operates from 0 to 5000 cpm. These controlled mechanical inputs let technicians verify proximity probes, Proximitor Sensors and monitor channels and observe whether the complete system responds correctly. Before use, the voltage selection, cord, target material, probe bracket, scale units and monitor setup must be confirmed.

Move the probe with the metric micrometer and compare mechanical travel, gap voltage and monitor indication through the complete channel.
