1900/65A General Purpose Equipment Monitor Designed for continuous monitoring and protection of equipment used in a wide range of applications and industries. This monitor is cost-effective and an ideal solution for general-purpose machines and processes that can benefit from continuous monitoring and protection.
The 1900/65A offers four sensor inputs and four temperature inputs. The software can be configured for each sensor input to support two-wire and three-wire accelerometers, speed sensors, or proximity sensors. Each temperature input supports Type E, Type J, Type K, and Type T thermocouples, as well as two-wire or three-wire resistance temperature detectors (RTDs).
The 1900/65A 172323-01 Bently Nevada 1900/65A Display Monitor Module may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Users create configuration files using software running on a laptop or desktop computer and download these files to the monitor via the built-in Ethernet interface, thereby defining the monitor's operation and Modbus gateway register mappings. The 1900/65A permanently stores the configuration information in non-volatile memory and can upload this information to a desktop computer for modification.
This monitor is a core component of predictive maintenance and automated safety systems, widely used in various industries such as oil and gas, power generation, and water treatment.
Rotating Machinery Protection: Provides real-time vibration diagnostics, detecting imbalances, misalignments, and bearing wear in pumps, motors, and fans.
Process Asset Monitoring: Protects critical equipment such as air compressors, centrifuges, and small water turbines.
Safety Interlocks: Utilizes six programmable relay outputs to trigger automatic shutdowns or alarms based on "alarm" or "hazard" status logic.
System Integration: Seamlessly integrates into large-scale automation architectures (PLC, DCS, or SCADA) via Modbus RTU/TCP or 4-20 mA recorder outputs.
