The CB2W100-032 is a high-performance dedicated interconnect cable designed by Bently Nevada specifically for condition monitoring of industrial equipment. As a critical physical connection in industrial vibration measurement systems, it reliably connects critical sensor hardware, such as the 190501 Velomitor CT piezoelectric velocity sensor, to remote monitoring and protection instruments, distributed control systems (DCS), or data acquisition modules.
Through a highly reliable physical connection, this cable enables the real-time transmission of low-voltage dynamic signals from high-frequency vibrations during the operation of rotating machinery over long distances with extremely low loss. Its physical specifications and deep protection design are optimized for harsh industrial environments, including its physical structure and material processing. The cable is made of 20 AWG twisted-pair shielded cable with a double-layer internal electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection layer and an outer layer of the signature yellow Teflon® premium insulation.
The CB2W100-032 can withstand extreme ambient temperatures from -54°C to +204°C and is fully resistant to field chemicals and oil contamination. Based on the model suffix, 032 indicates that the cable's original manufacturer's standard finished length is 32 feet (approximately 9.75 meters). It uses a 2-pin splash-proof advanced socket connector that meets MIL-C 5015 military standards and comes standard with a locking ring, adapter seal, and O-ring to ensure extremely high airtightness and dust and water resistance at the mating points.
