DGSL-12-30-PA converts compressed-air energy into guided linear motion for compact handling and assembly tasks. The slide and housing form a rigid guide arrangement, while the P cushioning execution uses elastic stops at both ends.

The documented size 12 execution uses M5 ports and operates from 1 to 8 bar with prepared compressed air. Confirm the installed fittings, flow controls and machine pressure before replacement.
The slide supports mounting by through-holes or female threads and may be installed in any position within the documented load and moment limits.
Integrated sensor slots accept compatible proximity switches. Record each sensor type, orientation and switching point before removal, then re-establish and test both end-position signals.
The P execution uses elastic cushioning without a metal end position at both ends. Do not operate the slide without the required cushioning components, and preserve the approved end-position setting.
Commission at reduced pressure and speed, check alignment and unrestricted travel, then verify cushioning, sensors, leakage, repeatability and every affected machine interlock.
