- Mark V DS200 Series produced by General Electric
Its primary function is to provide a stable and balanced power supply to the various control boards and electronic circuits within the control cabinet. By stabilizing the input power and distributing it to different subsystems, the DS200TCPSG1APE ensures that sensitive control electronics receive the appropriate voltage, thus enabling reliable operation. This function is crucial for maintaining the stability of gas turbine monitoring, drive regulation, and protection systems in harsh industrial environments.
This board integrates voltage regulation, filtering circuitry, and protection components designed to mitigate electrical interference such as voltage fluctuations, electrical noise, and transient spikes. Through these protection and regulation functions, the DS200TCPSG1APE helps protect connected control modules and ensures a stable power supply to the system's monitoring components. This helps ensure the stable operation of turbines and large industrial drives commonly found in power generation and heavy industry.
The DS200TCPSG1APE GENERAL ELECTRIC Power Supply Board may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

The input power from the system power supply is filtered, rectified, and regulated by the power conditioning circuitry inside the circuit board. These circuits convert the raw input power into a stable, regulated output to power the various control boards within the Mark V system. The DS200TCPSG1APE then distributes the regulated power to other modules through its connectors, while continuously maintaining voltage stability and protecting the system from electrical anomalies that could affect the performance of the control system.
Voltage Conversion: Its core function is to convert the input 125VDC voltage (from the TCPD board) into the regulated voltage required by the system's microprocessor and I/O components.
System Stability: It provides stable power for critical functions, including servo valve current output, RTD power supply voltage, and mA output power.
Key Control Architecture: A critical component for the reliable operation of Mark V in steam, wind, and gas turbine automation systems.
1. Connectors: Includes one 16-pin connector and one 9-pin connector for connection to the control rack.
2. Circuit Protection: Equipped with three replaceable fuses to protect the board from overcurrent damage; checking these fuses is the first troubleshooting step should a board malfunction occur.
3. Diagnostic Tools: Integrated with the driver's dual-line display, it generates diagnostic reports and includes multiple physical test points for manual voltage verification.
4. Compatibility: The "APE" version includes a three-level revision table; the first two revisions are backward compatible with older DS200TCPSG1 boards.
